CTO Akira Hori Delivers Keynote on ‘High-Purity Gas Purification and Analysis Techniques for Semiconductor Manufacturing’ at the Technology Information Association

SyncMOF is renowned for developing MOFs that can separate and concentrate various gases, as well as manufacturing devices for purifying high-purity gases using MOFs. Recently, our CTO, Akira Hori, was invited to speak at the Technology Information Association, where he presented on “High-Purity Gas Purification and Analysis Techniques for Semiconductor Manufacturing.” The keynote focused on our core MOF technology applied in gas separation and concentration devices, particularly highlighting the latest advancements in purifying high-purity gases for semiconductor manufacturing. MOFs are not only pivotal in capturing CO2 from the atmosphere but are also adaptable for refining various industrial gases.
